The Post Polio Support Group follows guidelines on accessibility set out by the W3C (the World Wide Web Consortium). The W3C WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) produces accessibility guidelines that are an internationally recognised benchmark of accessibility.
In designing this site, we have applied all appropriate WAI Priority 1 and Priority 2 criteria of the WAI’s web content accessibility guidelines.

This website is also optimised for printing.
Simply print the page using your browsers PRINT option and the page will print out to fit the width of the paper.
Current technologies
PDF certain documents (in Publications) on this site are available in PDF format, which requires you to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Click on the link below to download the Adobe Reader from the Adobe website. We have, wherever possible, provided a non-PDF alternative where there is a PDF document.
Others a few documents and files (tables, prezentation, etc.) need specific software to open. Software OpenOffice can read most of it.
